I have been suffering from Adults Acne for a long time.

I tried many "Acne Treatment Sets", Expensive Serums, Supplements.

BUT unfortunately Adults Acne is not so easy to fix less I take some pills.

Yes, I have tried some pills (Yasm--) but it made me so sick.

Since then I really don't want to try any pills.

But then HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TREAT MY ACNE?

Then I decided to go back to basic.

Simple but using good products have no chemicals.

I read so many reviews then found Mychelle Dermaceuticals.

Morning：White Cranberry Cleanser→ Clear Skin Serum→ Fruit Enzyme Mist→ Oil Free Grapefruit Cream→ Sun Shield SPF28

Night：White Cranberry Cleanser→ The Perfect C Serum 17%→Clear Skin Serum→ Fruit Enzyme Mist→ Oil Free Grapefruit Cream or Pumpkin Renew Cream

1/week or when neccessary：Incredible Pumpkin Peel and Cranberry Mud Mask (When I feel Oily). Sometimes Fruit Enzyme Scrub (To smooth out my skin)

Cleansing: White Cranberry Cleanser  for Summer or when my skin is oily. Since my skin is back to Combination Skin, I use Fruit Enzyme Cleanser now.

Serum: Right after cleansing my face I use....Clear Skin Serum in the morning and at night I also use The Perfect C Serum 17%. Clear Skin Serum is great for getting rid of the redness from my acne. The Perfect C Serum is my FAVORITE! It brightens my skin tone and texture. Also great for my adult acne.

After that, I use Fruit Enzyme Mist. I spray on my hands and apply on my face.

Last step, I moisturize with Oil Free Grapefruit Cream or Pumpkin Renew Cream . They are not OILY at all, almost like LOTION. When my skin is a bit dry, I use Pumpkin one but it does NOT break out my skin.

Peel: Incredible Pumpkin Peel looks just like Pumpkin puree but very powerful! I love this PEEL. My skin tone is better after this peel.
 
Cranberry Mud Mask is for OILY skin. It has Kaolin in it so it does cut off the oiliness from my face. I used Fruit Enzyme Scrub as well. ( 1 time sample ) This scrub does smooth out my skin so well. I do not use scrub but I may use this once a while.
 
Over all, I LOVE Mychelle.
 
I think I finally found my everyday skin care products.
Mychelle's products have wonderful ingredients so I don't feel guilty.
I am doing the right thing to my skin. I feel so good using Mychelle.

My Son's 2nd Birthday, and his Birthday Cake

So it was my son's 2nd birthday last week.

We didn't have a party since we have just moved here but we did things he likes.

We went to park, went to Chuck E Cheese, Toys store...

My son was happy. That's what really want for his birthday.

I bought him bristle blocks, table with bench, boots, Diego stickers etc..

He would not mind not having so many presents though. He is just 2! hahaha

We came home, we had dinner and his birthday cake.

He got so excited when he looked at this cake. I made it for him.

He took some animal toys off from this cake and at just a bite of the cake!!

That's OK. Your parents are going to eat them...

I can't believe my baby is 2.

He is a trouble sometimes, but oh I love him so much.

I am so thankful that I have him as my baby.





Anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary this month.

All I can say is that Marriage is not the end of the story, Marriage is the beginning of the story.

Marriage is something we need to work on.

Every Marriage is different, ours has been challenging from the beginning.

But here we are, we have a beautiful son who definitely makes our life colorful and meaningful.

Love is for sure PATIENT.

BUT FOREVER... FOREVER. That is strong.

essie "buy me a cameo"

I wanted to buy something taupe.

When I looked this color on http://www.essieshop.com/ I thought it was more brownish.

It is actually more pinkish than the image on the website.

Well, I didn't know if I like this color.

1 coat really doesn't give strong color so I put 2 coats on my nails.

I still didn't know if I like it.

Then next day, when I looked at my nails,  they were pearly and neat.

Elegant Color.

Just need to tell you that this color does not last so long so you need to put topcoat on them.

It is unique color but I like it now.

Nail polish is tricky.
You never know if you like it until you put it on your nails.

Avocado Sushi Roll

Sometimes, I just have to have Sushi.

I was really craving for Sushi so I made rolls at home.
Although I didn't have any Sashimi to roll, it was still gooooood.

I rolled cucumbers so it is crunchy inside.
On the top of the roll, I put sliced avocado and some mayonnaise.

Here are things you need to make this roll...

Steamed Rice ( I use Sushi Rice.)
Sushi Vinegar
Seaweed paper ( Nori )
Cucumbers ( Slice in half lengthwise, then cut into long strips )
Avocado 2 or more sliced

On sushi roll mat, put plastic wrap on.
Then put thin layer of Sushi-Rice on the mat.
Put cucumbers on the edge of the rice layer then roll.
Slice your sushi then put avocado on it.

In the ziploc, put some mayonnaise in it.
cut the corner( Tiny tiny cut ) then squeeze on the sushi.

You can mix Wasabi with Mayonnaise. It is good that way.

See, making Sushi Rolls is not difficult at all.

Guilty MAX drink? Naaa

If you read the label, you already know.

Yes, I like to add EXTRA something to my drink.

This time, EX Caramel.

It is IN SANENESS!

The extra caramel sauce on the ice comes down later.

JUST REMEMBER,

I ordered "TALL" size not GRANDE. ( I am so proud myself. )

Although when I order Passion Tea Lemonade ( with EXTRA lemonade, sweetened ), I do order Venti. It's a TEA, right? or should I say that's lemonade...

Anyways, I really like to taste the flavor that's why I add extra something.

If I really want good coffee, I add a shot.

See? I don't just have a sweet tooth.

It may add extra calories but I really don't calculate calories.

I always order my latte with whole milk or soy because I care "TASTE" than calories.

Chai Tea with Soy? It is very good.

No Guilt. I just enjoy my moment.

I like Ben Stiller. I think he is FUNNY although almost every time I see him, I see his father in him.

This movie is HYSTERICAL and painful at the same time.

Have you ever watched his "Duplex"? This movie is NOT that painful though.

Jennifer Aniston, I think she is naturally beautiful.

I love her makeup. I like her taste.

She was so cute in this movie.

I liked her movie "Marley and Me" and I really loved that movie.

Q, How can she keep her body shape???

I did not expect to laugh that much but I did LAUGH so much.

This movie is one of those "MUST WATCH" "MUST OWN" movie.

I just realized... Ben stiller does have scenes in the bathroom in many of his movie.

There's something about Mary, Meet the Parents,

I don't own this movie, but I will get it soon.

Ben Stiller's "Little Fockers" will be release in Dec 2010.

Black, Knee-High

A lot of brand have BLACK and KNEE-HIGH in their fall collection.

Since I love black, I should go get some more.

Knee-High boots? not a big fan. Not so wearable to play-room or park.

Although if you are really into Fashion, you may wear them to loco grocery store.

Go for it!

I still need to hold my son at times so I don't wear heals.

If I do wear them, my son will be in danger!

I'm not Angelina Jolie who holds a big boy and walks confidently.

In real life, I need flats or sneakers so I can run with my child.

In 5 years, I will be able to enjoy heels again... until then, I wull stick with flats.

So maybe black clothing and flat boots in this fall... for ME.

essie "midnight cami"

I'd been looking for "NAVY" nail polish for a while.

This color is not really NANY but more like dark blue. It has blue glitters in it.

Yes, I like this color.

I put 2 coats and top coat is necessary.

As other dark colors, It is not easy to apply or remove.

It stains my nails slightly so I need to use extra remover to get rid of it.

If you don't mind doing it, this is a great color.

I like it.

I'm thinking.... which color should I get next?

Green?

Dark Red?

Brown?

My nails are always short.

So pastel colors don't look so good on my nails...

Well, I'm going to start shopping now!

Pho Love

Some people HATE Cilantro.

I use to dislike it, but some how I like it now.

I love Thai Food, Vietnamese...

Pho is one of my favorite dish. I must have them once a while.

I think the soup is the key. Is it just chicken stock? It's so good.

This restaurant I go serves fresh vegetables for their Pho every time I order.

Never Dry, Never Old. The soup is always HOT.

My child likes to eat at home so I do take out.

Not much waiting time for Pho takeout. GREAT.

This restaurant doesn't use MSG, so I feel better.

I like to put everything in the soup.

Lots of Basil. MUST have LIME in it. It makes much better.

I have Thai Basil in my pot which is not growing thick... I hope they grow bigger.

I can't wait to use my Thai Basil with eggplant.

And I can put more basil in my Pho as well.

Being a Mom

Hi,

My son got fever of 102.7 today.
He has fever since yesterday and nurse call adviced me to take him to ER tomorrow...

This is the 3rd ER visit with my son. My son is almost 2 but still 2 and he has gone to ER 3times!
1st time, he got a cut on his eyebrows area.
2nd time, he got a cut in his mouth.
People may feel like he is overprotected if they see how my husband and I treat my son.
But still those things happen. I use a cart seat for him at the store, I wipe his hands, but he is still getting sick. Children are like that. As a mom, it's so sad to see my baby suffers but I can't be crying for him, I MUST fix him. Mom doesn't have much time to whine about things, hahahaha.

My son is sleeping now... so it makes me calmer.
Hope he feels better tomorrow.

Spicy Stir Fry

When I have many vegetables I want to use soon, I make stir fry.

Many people think "Stir Fry is NOT healthy.

Maybe because they ate some greasy ones.

Stir Fry can be very LIGHT and HEALTHY.

Because, I only use 1 Table Spoon of Oil. That's all.

The key is to use Teflon Pan. This Pan doesn't stick your food to your pan so you don't need to use much oil. You may want to use this pan on Mid-High heat so you don't break the coating. If you prefer WOK, you may need more oil but still, you don't need much.

< Spicy Stir Fry >

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Onion

1 Yellow Squash

1 Carrots

2 stalks Celery

2 Green Onions

1 Table Spoon Canola Oil

3 Table Spoons Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Table Spoons Oyster Sauce
S&P

The ingredients are simple.
But sure they are tasty!

BEST Exfoliator EVER.

I like to see RESULTS when I use face treatment products.

I have used many exfoliator before and this is the best so far.

First time when I used this product, my face felt tingly. I got a little afraid but it was OK.

After rinsing well, I took a look at my face in the mirror. My face looked slightly pink.

Next morning, my face looked lifted, smooth and even-toned.

You may see the result from 1 use of this product.

This tube last very long because you only use 2inches or so for 1 use.

Kate Somerville said on QVC,

"This is a treatment."

If I go to salon and do the face spa, it'll cost as same as this tube.

I see the difference on my skin every time I use this.

Definitely my favorite.

My Herbs

I bought some plants for my kitchen.

Shiso, Thai Basil, Italian Basil, Mint, Stevia.

It's been 2months since I bought them. I put the plants outside for 3weeks then they stopped growing because it was too hot for them so now I have them inside. They may be surviving.

Mint was the tricky one got small bugs on the stem. I removed them so many times but they are still there. I probably need something for that.

Stevia grow tall so I cut and used at least twice but they are already tall again. I use Stevia for my tea. It's sweet so you don't need sugar. I add tea and stevia in the pot and steam for 5mins.

Shiso is Japanese Basil? It's good. I like them.

I use in Sushi.

Thai Basil didn't get bigger as I thought. I wanted use them in Thai Food.

I may buy another one.

When I see GREEN in the kitchen, it is so refreshing.

They are so easy to take care of.

I'm thinking about making mini tomatoes so then my baby can pick them.

What else is easy? Apples?

Since I moved to TX, I MUST wear no sleeves.

It's hot so I don't want to wear anything tight, anything polyesterish.

I saw this cami on J.crew website.

How beautiful is this.  How nice does it look.

OK, $88. 100% Silk.

Now, do I  like the price? No. But it's 100% silk so it does make sense.

100% Silk? Dry Cleaning Only? Well, I can try using those home dry cleaning sheet thing then I have high % of ruining this beautiful cami. It's risky.

I don't wear anything that need dry cleaning.

But this could be one of those... nice to have things.

It's like a jewelry to my closet.

I would still consider about this top since it's 100% Silk.

I like COTTON. It's easy to clean. Mommy friendly fabric.

essie "vermillionaire"

When you order online, you really don't know how the colors really look like. 

Sometimes it's disappointing, sometimes it's supprised.

I found this color as A supprised. It is more NEON than I thought it would be.

But after putting them on my nails, I get used to it then now I really like this color.

I've worn 3times already. I put 2 coats.

Even I wear just solid T-shirt and boring shorts, this color brings so much fun to your look.

Yes, it's a bit FUNKY but I say "WHY NOT!".

Life is too short to be hesitate.

I am thinking.... maybe it's nice using neutral color with this color.

When I try it, I will post about that.

Again, I love essie nail polish.

If you don't have time to wait drying your nails, essie is the way to go.

Portobello + Tomato Pasta

I love tomato sauce. Especially tangy ones.

Garlic Aroma and Meaty Portobello.

I can eat this pasta every week.

I will share the recipe so you can try.

*2~4 serving ( It depends how much you love pasta.)

Spaghetti 1/2lb or little more

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Garlic 2 cloves sliced

Red pepper flakes

Portobello 1 big one sliced

Canned whole tomatoes 5~6 tomatoes squeezed

S&P

Heat the oil in low then stir garlic and red pepper flakes.

Then Stir mushrooms. Not too long, just enough to get softened.

Add canned tomatoes, stir until tomatoes get warmed up.

Off the heat. Put Salt ( about 1Table Spoon ) and black pepper.

Add just boiled pasta in to the sauce.

EAT ASAP!

Self Tanning

I live in TX and I go to the pool with my son but I still use Self Tanning Lotion.

I use SUN LABORATORIES Ultra Dark Self Tan Lotion.

I saw a lot of reviews that they don't smell as bad as others and YES, reviews are RIGHT.

I've tried some other brands before and didn't like the smell of it.

But his product was good. I wouldn't say it doesn't smell at all but it smell less.

I exfoliate my body with Exfoliating Body Scrub then rinse my body.

After drying my body completely, I apply this lotion to where I want.

Right now, my tummy area is not tanned as much as my legs and arms so I use this lotion to even it out.

The result is very natural, not too orange, not streaky.

I like this lotion!

You will see the result from the 1st application.

And it last long so I only apply once/week.

It's important to dry this lotion completely before you put your clothing on.

Once it's dry, no worries.

Shoes...

I remember my Grandmother had a lot of Shoes.

Then my mother loves shoes.

Now I love shoes. It's in my blood.

I don't really feel like "Oh, I must buy shoes for this season.". It's more like.. I get them when I found them.

It's very difficult for me to find the right fit so even I liked the design I couldn't just buy them. I MUST try them on.

When I find something I really like I try them and if they fit, I buy them. Because I don't know when I will find the right fit.

When I find a beautiful pairs that are so NARROW, it makes me so sad!

Because if I wear them, definitely my pinkie toes will come out from the side of those shoes! I don't wear high heels since I need to run with my baby but I still like them.

I mean, LOOK AT THOSE SHOES! Jimmy Choo.....

So past weekend, my husband found a box of my shoes.

1 big box

He asked me why I still have them.

Well, honey?

They are like jewelries to me. I want to look at them and I may wear them soon.

He told me I should donate some of them...

I don't know why I need so many pairs. Maybe to enjoy variety?

Crispy Chinese Chicken Salad

Where we live has been very hot everyday so we often eat a big salad for dinner.

To make us full, I add meat or noodles most of the time.

This time I used CHOW MEIN NOODLES and MANDARIN ORANGE.

 It made the salad extraordinary!

I loved the crunchiness of the noodles and the sweetness of the orange.

I made dressing slightly sweet and it was very nice so I'm going to share the recipe.

( Chinese Salad Dressing )

Sushi Vinegar 1/4C

( you can use Rice Vinegar or White Vinegar. Just add a little sugar. )

Brown Sugar  1 Table spoon

White Sesame Seed  2 Table spoons

S&P

Sesame Oil 1 tea spoon

Canola Oil  1 Table spoon

Just mix everything together.
Mix Lettuce and Chicken in the bowl. Right before you eat, add Dressing on the top.
Then add mandarin Orange and Noodles on the top.

This is going to be a traditional salad of our house.

Chocolate + Caramel

When I saw this case, I HAD TO HAVE IT.

I love chocolate and Caramel together.

Crunchy candies on the top, the cake was so moist, it was a killer.

I cut in half for my husband but he didn't eat it so.... yes, I ate it next day:)

We don't eat cakes everyday so I don't really feel guilty.

I love to eat and when I eat something I really want that makes me so happy.

I had this cake after my son went to sleep at night.

The time I feel relaxed.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, A very happy moment!

I used bake but since I have a small child, I can't really bake right now.

I like baking myself so that I know what's in it.

You can make your house smell like cookies, it's fresh, it's all good.

But it is also fun to shop cakes and pastries. I try to purchase something fresh and something natural as possible.

I do look at the labels and check the ingredients. If I see many things I've never heard of, I try to avoid.

Now it's time to get active with my baby.

He is going to get up soon from his morning nap.

My Favorite Movie "The Birdcage"

I think everyone has favorite movies that makes us happy, warm, think about our lives or....

LAUGH!

The Birdcage(1996) makes me laugh everytime I watch.

I have watched at least 10 times and it still makes me laugh! That's just powerful.

First time I watched this movie, it was half over but every charactor was so good and I couldn't stop watching and laughing!

Nathan Lane, he is my favorite in this movie. FUNNY.

It's a comedy and it has a story.

I don't want to say much about the story but my favorite scene was when Nathan Lane got upset about his dance partner's gum chewing, Robin Williams encouraged him with Madonna's dance.

After watching 10 times, I still hasn't purchased this movie. I SHOULD BUY.

Do you watch DVDs you purchased?

I've bought a DVD before but then I really didn't watch that DVD again.

Why??

Is it more fun to watch favorite movies when they are on TV unexpectedly?

My Favorite Nail Polish Of This Month

Since my baby has started to sleep better at night, I have a little time for myself.
So I started to do my nails again.

Sometimes unexpectedly my baby cries in the middle of the nail polish work.
That's why I use "essie". essie dry so fast.
Most of the time I only put one coat.

This month I am loving this color "essie playa del platinum".
This color is from summer collection 2010.
It's just so beautiful color.
You can use this nail polish for Jeans Look to Dress Look.

Just to coloring 10 finger nails can make me feel so girly.
